Most standard orders to the UK are delivered for £3.75 or less, many are free. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight.

Our shipping costs vary from country to country. Each product displays the worldwide shipping rate. Some products include shipping. 

We aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible. Once dispatched you'll receive a note from us telling us it's en route. Each product carries information regarding shipping rates. If you want more information about delivery for a product before you order please get in touch with us – we’ll be happy to assist.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens we'll contact you.

We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.


For most products, you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancelable goods).  

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element.

Perishable products (like food or flowers).

Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics.

Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings, cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken, and material face masks

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

Contact us to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product by either:

a. outlining this directly by signing in to your account, OR

b. by emailing us.

If already received, package the item up and send it back to the us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

We will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than:

a. 14 days after the day the product is received; or

b. if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product; or

c. if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us ).

Please note that if you request to begin the performance of a service during the above cancellation period that you will be liable to pay for the service you received prior to your communication to us that you intend to cancel the contract. 

Personalised orders

If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty. See our returns policy (above) for more information. We always try to ensure that the images of products on our website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your personalised order. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

At the point of ordering, prior to no work being carried out: 100% refund.

If work has started we will refund 50% of the cost of your order, minus the cost of any illustration (£125 for a single illustration, £155 for a double illustration).

Once proofs have been sent and all work completed prior to posting we will refund 75% of the cost of your order, minus the cost of any illustration, as above.

Once an order has been sent to print: 0% of your order. 

We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors; poor image quality derived from low resolution images, order quantity, or other ordering errors, including delivery address. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before proceeding to payment.

Gifts, payment and other FAQ's

We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time. 

We do not offer e-gift cards at this time. However we do offer vouchers for specific products. Please contact us if you have any questions about our vouchers. Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of ordering. 


You can check your order status by visiting your order history, or please feel free to email us.

Please report any missing or damaged items to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

If your package is marked as delivered buy you have not yet received it, please check with your neighbours, or if a card has been left. Otherwise contact us and we'll take a look. 

Please report a lost or stolen item within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Once an international shipment has been marked as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the particular package.

Please note we aren't responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
