How do I place an order online?

Browse through our collections and find what you want. Please use the menu to navigate or alternatively the search bar at the top of the screen can take you straight there.

Choose your options (if applicable) and quantity and click on the "add to bag" button. You can continue shopping until you're ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your shopping bag whilst you're shipping click the "bag" icon top right. 

When you have chosen all of your items, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the very simple instructions on screen through our secure checkout process.

How do I choose a different delivery address?

When you're ready to pay you'll be asked for the delivery address at checkout.  

Can I place an order over the phone?

At present we are unable to take orders over the phone.  

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

If it's the first time you've placed an order there's no need to register your details. Click on "guest checkout" and follow the instructions. We do advise you set up an account so you can track your order.  

What information will I receive when I have placed my order? 

 You'll immediately see your Order summary. You'll received a confirmation to your email address, followed by a despatch email once your order has been sent to you. 

You can track your order via your account, or, if you're a guest please contact us and we'll update you. 

How do I cancel an order? 

It's not possible to cancel your order once placed. Please see our returns page for more information. 

Can I make an overseas order?

Yes! You can order from wherever you are in the world. 

Please note if your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Local import duties may be payable on receipt of goods. Delivery is charged at cost and is generally calculated by the weight of the parcel.
